Broomstix Frequently Asked Questions

Am I responsible for UIF?
No-we have contracts/UIF/paid/sick leave/etc all this covered for you.
Should I provide refreshments?
A glass of water/cooldrink in summer or tea/coffee in winter will be appreciated but not at all mandatory. Our staff care for their own lunch.
What are your operating times?
Monday-Friday 08:00-16:30 (Saturdays on special request)
What if I go on holiday?
We require 72 Hours written notice of cancellations for scheduled cleans. We are however, prepared to secure your slot and team for a total of 3 visits per annum at no charge-given the minimum notice time.
Do you supply cleaning materials?
For Ad-hoc cleaning/spring cleanings we supply all equipment and chemicals. With regular ongoing services we always supply our own vacuum cleaner and use the client's preferred cleaning agents.
Do you have franchise opportunities?
Yes we do! That's how most of our Principals became involved in the business. Please contact us for further information.
