Should I provide food and drinks for the cleaners?
A glass of water/cooldrink in summer or tea/coffee in winter will be appreciated but not at all mandatory. Our staff care for their own lunch.
Do you supply cleaning materials?
For Ad-hoc cleaning/spring cleanings we supply all equipment and chemicals. With regular ongoing services we always supply our own vacuum cleaner and use the client's preferred cleaning agents.
Am I responsible for any contracts/UIF/paid/sick leave towards my assigned cleaners?
No-we have all this covered for you.
What if I go on holiday?
We require 72 Hours written notice of cancellations for scheduled cleans. We are however, prepared to secure your slot and team for a total of 3 visits per annum at no charge-given the minimum notice time.

If you are not satisfied with the cleaning in any part of your home, simply call us within 24 hours and we will re-clean the specific area at no charge.
